Since 2015 Maria is a head of the educational centre "New working space design of Rosatom". Rosatom is a government organisation specialising in defense, nuclear safety and nuclear power.
In 2012 she founded Wonderfull, an innovation consultancy lab.
In 2009 she became a head of the Department of Design Management at the British Higher School of Design, Moscow.
Since 2003 Maria has been practicing creative entrepreneurship and consulting.
Academic member of the Design Management Institute, USA.
As a highly experienced consultant in the field of new solutions and services development, Maria has worked with a great number of companies including SAP, Beeline, Savings Bank, Novartis, BNP Pariba, Alfa-Bank, VTB 24, Mail.Ru, Pegas Touristik, Transaero, IBM, QIWI, The Messenger.
Maria holds PG in Marketing Management, the HS Anhalt, Germany and MA in Design Management, Staffordshire University, UK.
